Lorraine Lee Twigg, 94, of Hagerstown, Md. and formerly of Paw Paw, W.Va., passed away Friday, September 20, 2024 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown.
She was born April 15, 1930 in Paw Paw and was the daughter of the late Leonard Alston Bailey and Emily Jane (Parrill) Bailey Myers.
