Colleen Ann Wainwright, 62, of Great Cacapon, W.Va. passed away Thursday, September 12, 2024 at her home.
She was born March 1, 1962 in Baltimore, Md. and was the daughter of the late James Edward Phaneuf, Sr. and Beverley Jean Hessie.
She worked as a legal secretary for Harmison & Associates Law Firm in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
On May 12, 1990, she married Ronald Lee Wainwright, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Shannon Grassel (Jaison) of Joppatowne, Md. and Angel Lynn Heath of Great Cacapon; two sisters, Anita Phaneuf of Halethorpe, Md. and Helen Angela Zerzeles (and Peter Vavaroutsos) of Linthicum, Md.; Two brothers, James Phaneuf, Jr. (Juanita) of Baltimore, Md. and Robert Phaneuf, Sr. (Dawn) of Essex, Md.; five grandchildren, Emily, Ethan, Connor, Owen and Natasha and one great-grandson Oliver.
The family received friends and shared memories on Sunday, September 15 at Kimble Funeral Home in Paw Paw.
