Susan Squire
1951-2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Susan Squire, who passed away peacefully at her home in Hedgesville, W.Va. on April 29, 2024 at the age of 72.
Susan was born on July 2, 1951 in Buffalo, New York to the late Henry and Angeline Squire.
She is survived by her partner of 34 years, David R. White and sisters, Barbara (Glenn) Tarbox of Seattle, Wash. and Patricia (Gerald) Spaeth of Hedgesville, W.Va.
She was the beloved aunt to our beautiful Tarbox nieces, Debbie, Suzanne, Michelle and Jennifer, and nephews, Clayton and Scott Spaeth. Niece Suzanne aptly remembers Aunt Sue as always a ray of sunshine, a positive spirit and possessing a wonderful sense of humor. Memories of our dear Susan will remain with us always.
Susan’s brother, William R. Squire preceded her in death.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
