Shirley Ann Phares, 79, of Charles Town, W.Va., passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, W.Va.
Born December 5, 1944 in Cumberland, Md., she was the daughter of the late Omer Whisner and Mabel Dawson Whisner.
