A dozen food trucks and vendors set up along Fairfax Street and Congress Street on Friday evening, September 8 for a food truck festival produced by Berkeley Springs-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce. Lines of visitors and locals formed despite ominous clouds and brief showers as people eagerly awaited their orders. The outdoor event featured street fare ranging from funnel cakes and corn dogs to lemonade, butterflied potatoes and Greek gyros, along with face painting, balloons and live music performed by a group of young musicians.
