Donna Eileen Hopkins, age 72, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Monday, April 10, 2023 at War Memorial Hospital.
Born January 24, 1951 in Chicago, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Richard Jacob and C. Elizabeth Barrett Engle.
