Born on December 21, 1967 in Cumberland, Maryland, he was the son of Carole Whetsel and the late Ralph Whetsel.
Keith worked at Argos for 26 years.
He enjoyed hunting, working on his property, and splitting wood.
Keith loved his family dearly and spending time with his children and grandchildren brought him great joy.
