WV Legislative Interims: WVDNR looking at development of ‘very large campground’

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - The West Virginia Legislature's Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Subcommittee heard testimony Monday from James Bailey, acting secretary of the W.Va.
