Deputy Diehl investigated a crash on Martinsburg Road.

Lt. Place investigated harassment by electronic device.

Deputy Hedrick responded to a disturbance on Cassidy Lane. Civil not law enforcement matter.

Deputy Diehl handled report of purse lost.

Deputy Knotts responded to a suspicious vehicle at Food Lion.  All secure.

Deputy Diehl arrested Samantha M. Bailey, 28, for possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and conspiracy.

Deputy Hedrick worked directed patrol on Warm Spring Way.  2 stops for speeding.

Deputy Hedrick responded to roadway hazard on River Road.  Subject warned for parking with vehicle partially on highway.

Deputy Hedrick directed patrols on Jimstown Road reference to speeding complaints. No violations observed.

Deputy Hedrick and Diehl responded to trespassing on Clone Road.

Deputy Hedrick handled destruction of property report on station.

Deputy Hedrick performed Safe Schools Check at Berkeley Springs High School.

Deputy Diehl conducted Safe Schools Check at Pleasant View Elementary.

Deputy Diehl responded to a fraud on Leslie Place. Report taken.

Deputy Diehl responded to a welfare check on Harmison Lane. All secure.

Deputy Diehl took a trespassing report on Valley Road.

Deputy Roper and Knotts responded to welfare check on Wilson Lane. Reported young child running nude near fire.  Advised parents of burning law and safer parenting.

Lt. Place conducted emphasis patrol at Widmyer Elementary School Zone.

Lt. Place handled VIN verification on Lakewood Drive.

Captain Stapleton responded to assist state police in Foxes Hollow.

Deputy Link responded to a trespassing complaint on Rainbow Hill Road. Not trespassing but mental health issues. Subject transported to hospital.

Cpl. Shambaugh conducted emphasis patrol with school bus 195.

Cpl. Shambaugh responded to an alarm on Old Mill Manor. All secure.

Cpl. Shambaugh responded to a report of an impaired driver on Green Gate Road. Unfounded.

Lt. Place worked school zone patrol at Berkeley Springs High School.  2 citations issued.

Lt. Place arrested by summons a juvenile for possession of controlled substance at a local school.

Deputy Link and Burkholder responded to domestic on Prince Drive. Options advised.

Deputy Burkholder responded to a 911 hang-up on Mason Road.  Unable to locate.

Deputy Burkholder responded to a noise complaint on Washington Street (Town of Bath call). Options advised.
