Morgan County Partnership oversaw the zombification of Fairfax Street on Saturday, October 29, as dozens of youth, adults and families dressed as gruesome ghouls paraded through town.
Pre-event, local community organizations had information and activities available at do-it-yourself zombification stations.
Berkeley Springs High School dance team and marching band kicked off the zombie walk with a performance of Spook Spots by BSHS dance team and other community organizations.
Led and performed by BSHS cheerleaders, the zombie walk circled through town at mid-day past a few very ghoulish characters, before the zombies retreated until next Halloween.
Morgan County Partnership is a nonprofit coalition of local citizens united in a shared vision of building a supportive network for our young people, their families and others connected with them to create a safe, healthy and drug-free community.
