Wilmore Louis (Louie) Rollins, 91, of Hancock, Md., passed away Friday, February 11, 2022, at Doey’s House in Hagerstown, Md.
Louie was born April 17, 1930, in Washington, D.C. to Wilmore Lou and Blanche Virginia (Derry) Rollins.
