West Virginia’s Division of Motor Vehicles is in talks now with a “prospective Lessor” who could

provide space for a new DMV office to be built in Berkeley Springs, state officials confirmed Monday.
The state put out a “Solicitation of Interest” this fall for roughly 9.000 square feet of space to “house a new DMV regional office in Berkeley Springs,” said DOT spokesperson Natalie Holcomb.
