Sandra Lee Barney

Sandra Lee Barney, age 76, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born November 9, 1945 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Hattie Virginia Pittsnogle Perry.
She was a Christian.
She was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School and had been a homemaker.
She enjoyed ceramics, decorating, doing cross stitch and loved to clean.
Sandra is survived by her children, Kimberly Ann Rightnour and her husband Richard, Kevin Douglas Barney, all of Berkeley Springs and Michelle Denice Garner of Crofton, Md., three sisters, June Redick and Nancy Beddow, both of Berkeley Springs, and Phyllis Morton of Tennessee, one brother Joseph Perry of Berkeley Springs, eight grandchildren, Courtney Lee Turner and her husband Todd, Richard Andrew Rightnour, Elizabeth Virginia Rightnour, Tyler Douglas Barney and Cody William Barney, all of Berkeley Springs, Timothy Michael Garner, Nicholas Daniel Garner and Kenneth Douglas Garner, all of Crofton, Md., four great grandchildren, Magdalena Joanne Rightnour, Camden Jacob Turner, Collin Dahl Turner and EmberLee Grace Turner, all of Berkeley Springs and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, William Edward Rightnour and one great grandson, Richard Aiden Rightnour.
Funeral services will be conducted at 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Pastor Joey Giles will officiate. Interment will be private.
