Ross Elmer Twigg

Ross Elmer Twigg, age 38, of Great Cacapon, W.Va., died on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va.
Born February 1, 1983 at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va., he was the son of Kathryn Joy Morgan and Elmer Theodore Twigg, both of Great Cacapon, W.Va.
He was a Christian.
Ross attended Berkeley Springs High School and had worked with Asplundh Tree Service.
He was a member of the YMCA and was a mentor at Recovery Points of Huntington.
He enjoyed hunting, weightlifting and was devoted to his dog “Sadie.”
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Olivia Grace Twigg of Morgantown, W.Va., two sisters, Hope Elizabeth Twigg of Sharpsburg, Md. and Jessica Ruth Twigg of Martinsburg, one brother, Robert Brian Twigg of Great Cacapon, W.Va. and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Marie Sullivan on January 6, 2021.
Funeral services will be conducted at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. with Pastor Kenny Mason officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help defray funeral expenses may be made directly to the funeral home.
