Robert Kelley “Rob” Porter, age 51, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.
Born November 28, 1970 in Highlands, N.Y., he was the son of Stephanie Diane Perry Porter of Martinsburg and the late William Chester Porter.
Rob was a Christian.
He attended Berkeley Springs High School and worked in the flooring industry.
