Penny Sue Clark, 51, of Warfordsburg, Pa., passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, Md.
Born December 9, 1969, in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of the late John Young and Darlene (Collins) Young. She was the widow of Kevin Clark who passed away on September 23, 2021.
They had been married for 23 years.
