Pamela Gail Twigg
Our dear mother, Pamela Gail Twigg, 65, sadly passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022 at her residence in Great Cacapon, West Virginia.
She was a wonderful stay-at-home mother who was always there when we needed her. She loved spending time with her family and friends and adored her animals. She enjoyed being at the river and just having a good time in general. She was a well-opinionated woman who said whatever was on her mind. She will greatly be missed and we will carry on her memories forever.
Pamela was born July 4, 1957 at Cumberland, Maryland, and was the daughter of the late Orval Robert “Skeeter” Brown and Georgia Regina (Kasecamp) Brown. Pamela was the widow of the late William Dean Twigg of Paw Paw, and is survived by her companion, William “George” Miller, Jr., of Great Cacapon. Also surviving are – three sons, all of Great Cacapon – William “Dean” Twigg, Jr. and fiancée, Amanda L. Smith, Robert Lee Twigg and wife, Erin and Randy Michael Miller and companion, Nicole Evans. Two sisters – Regina Garcia and husband, Timmy of Paw Paw and Lori Skidmore and husband, Bill of Inwood. One brother – Leon Brown and wife, Barbara, of Paw Paw.
