Millard Wayne Ryan
1936-2022
Millard Wayne “Bud” Ryan, 85, of Oldtown, Md. died Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at UPMC in Cumberland, Md.
He was born December 5, 1936 at Keifer, Md. and was the son of the late Alfred Millard Ryan and Lavern Shock Ryan.
Bud was a 1955 graduate of Oldtown Maryland High School and had served in the U.S. Army.
He owned and operated Ryan’s Sunoco Station in Paw Paw for over twenty years, and was an active member of the Harley Bohrer Post #128 American Legion in Paw Paw.
Surviving are – the mother of his children, Mary Louise “Tootsie” King of Jamestown, Tenn.; one daughter, Stacey D. Ryan-Krupinski (& David) of Jamestown, Tenn.; two sons, Eddie Ryan (& Dawn Miller) of Bunker Hill, W.Va. and Kendall Dean Ryan of Paw Paw; seven grandchildren, Rochell Palmer, Kendall “D.J.” Ryan, Corey Ryan, Sciley Neufeld, Autumn Ryan, Tomy Santos and Josie Ryan and three great-grandchildren, Jackson Ryan, Lily Ryan and Riley Ryan.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Doug Ryan, and a sister, Jean Anslinger.
His body has been cremated. Inurnment will be at Camp Hill Cemetery.
Friends are invited to gather with Bud’s family for a visitation to share memories and condolences from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Kimble Funeral Home, 188 Moser Avenue in Paw Paw, and for a reception beginning at 4 p.m. at the Harley Bohrer Post #128 American Legion.
