Mary Josephine “Josie” Morton, age 81, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Friday, October 22, 2021 at her home.

Born March 19, 1940 in Los Angeles, Calif., she was the daughter of the late Henry Griego and Theda Velarde Chavez.

She was a Christian.

Josie attended schools in California, was a homemaker and had worked for a time as a secretary. She enjoyed reading and going to church.
