Mary Ann Moore

Mary Ann Moore, age 55, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at War Memorial Hospital.
Born February 2, 1966 in Alexandria, Va., she was the daughter of Judith Elaine Munson Michael of Berkeley Springs and the late Reed Carroll Michael.
She was a member of Highland United Methodist Church.
Mary was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
She worked for 27 years in the shipping/warehouse department with Caperton Furniture Works in Berkeley Springs.
Mary liked painting statues and ornaments.
Mary is survived by her husband, Ricky Jay Moore at home, her son, Joseph Allen Moore of Berkeley Springs, four sisters, Tonya Moore, Teresa Yost and Terri Marshall, all of Berkeley Springs, Christina Stone of Hedgesville, W.Va., four brothers, Todd Michael, Mark Hill, and David Michael, all of Berkeley Springs, Craig Michael of Needmore, Pa., four grandchildren, Tenacious, Sylar, Isaiah, Amara, and many nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Pastor Mike Leedom officiated. Burial was in Highland Cemetery. The family received friends from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
