John Mark Shambaugh

1962-2022

The family of John Mark Shambaugh would like to invite family and friends for a Celebration of Life Service held on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 2 p.m., located at Calvary United Methodist Church, 5317 Central Avenue, Great Cacapon, West Virginia.

Following the service, there will be refreshments and fellowship.

John was born August 5, 1962 and passed February 13, 2022.

John was a hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors.

Over the years he had worked at Fleetwood and Rayloc in Hancock, Maryland. He then owned and operated JMS Construction. He also worked at Makco, Inc. He spent his remaining years as a handyman doing construction and carpentry type jobs privately on his own.

John leaves behind a brother, Ralph Shambaugh, Jr., Tracy Yost who was raised as a sister to him; three nephews, Luke Shambaugh, Logan Shambaugh and Tommy Yost; one niece, Mary Branson and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey Shambaugh; mother Shelby Fleece Shambaugh and father Ralph Shambaugh, Sr.

Pastor Dick Voorhaar and Pastor Richard Craig will be officiating the service.
