Joan Carolyn Haynes, age 75, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born September 10, 1946 in Woodstock, Va., she was the daughter of the late Ralph Blue and Dorothy Louise Bynacker Fadeley.
She was a member of Faith in God Chapel.
She was a graduate of Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, Md. and had been a homemaker for most of her life.…
