Jack Lynn Butts, age 72, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at his home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born March 14, 1949 at Kings Daughters Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va., he was the son of the late Marven Lathaniel and Ruth Eleanor Post Butts.
