Hazel Mae Waugh

1956-2022

Hazel Mae Waugh of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Winchester Hospital.

She was born August 6, 1956. She was the daughter of the late Millard Frank McCusker, Sr. and Eleanore Jane Dawson McCusker of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

She was survived by two sons Timothy Kesner of Baltimore, Md. and Eric Kesner of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Two daughter-in-laws Heather Kesner of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. and Jessica Kesner Swannanoa of North Carolina. Grandchildren, Brooke Kesner, Hunter Kesner, Marissa Kesner, Daniel Kesner and Heidi Kesner all of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Haleigh Weller and Bradley Weller, both of Martinsburg, W.Va. Kaitlynn Weller and Kaileigh Kesner from Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Christopher Kesner, Jr. of North Carolina. Great-grandchildren Ariel and Bentley Bland of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Brother Millard Frank McCusker, Jr. and his fiancé Phyllis Hovermale of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Sister Brenda Timmons and her spouse Jr. Timmons of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. She had many nieces and nephews.

She was preceeded in death by her parents, sisters, Jane Selph and Charlotte Kerns and one son, Christopher Kesner Sr.

She was employed at War Memorial Hospital as a Dietary Aide.

There will be a celebration of life on February 19, 2022 at Wesleyan Chapel on Harrison Ave. from 4-7 p.m. Family and friends are welcome. Burial will be private.
