Glenda Leona Kyne Weller, age 68, of Hedgesville, W.Va., died on Monday, September 6, 2021 at her home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born February 13, 1953 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Edward Glenjoy and Opal Leona Wills Payne.
She was of the Methodist faith.
Glenda was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School and had worked as a babysitter.…
