Freddie Lee Fleece, Jr. age 65, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on August 9, 2021 at War Memorial Hospital.

Born March 23, 1956 in Morgan County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Freddie Lee, Sr. and Kathleen Stotler Fleece.

Freddie was a lifetime member of the Berkeley Springs and Hancock Volunteer fire Department; he was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Berkeley Springs. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family. He will be really missed by family, friends and co-workers.

He is survived by his wife Patricia Anne Glass Fleece, of 47 years, at home; three daughters, Stephanie Marie Fox and husband Jason, of Berkeley Springs, Jennifer Lee Owens and wife Jacquelyn, of N.C. and Teresa Anne Dudich and husband Tom, all of Berkeley Springs; one sister Linda Miller and her husband Michael, of Florida; five grandchildren, Brooke Madsion Fox, Haley Elizabeth Dudich, Tommy Dudich, Calli Dudich and Autumn Dudich and many nieces and nephews.

The rosary was recited at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home on Friday, August 13.

Mass of Christian Burial was conducted on Saturday, August 14, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Liberty & S. Washington Streets, Berkeley Springs, Father Mike Lecias officiated. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery.
