Francis Dale Trumpower, 76, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
Born January 13, 1945, in Hagerstown, Md., he is the son of Charlotte Marie (Bloyer) Trumpower (93 years old) of Hagerstown, Md. and the late Wilbur Trumpower.
Dale was a 1963 graduate of Clear Spring High School.
