Doris Jean Carbaugh, 78, Warfordsburg, Pa., passed away Monday, November 8, 2021, at the Fulton County Medical Center.
Born October 31, 1943, in Big Cove Tannery, Pa., she was the daughter of the late David and Ethel (Keefer) Harr.
She was of the Pentecostal faith and had a precious relationship with the Lord.
In her early years she worked at Sagner in McConnellsburg and London Fog in Hancock as a seamstress.…
