Wanda S. Chilcote
1956-2020
Wanda Sue “Susie” Chilcote, 63, of Berkeley Springs, died Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at her home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born December 1, 1956 in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of Jack Edward Repp of Clear Spring, Md. and Shelby Jean Hoover Young of Hagerstown.
She was a member of Berkeley Baptist Church.
She was a graduate of Clear Spring High School.
She worked as an account manager for First Data in Hagerstown.
She was active in her church. She liked crocheting, doing crafts and going shopping.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Raymond Edward Chilcote, Sr., at home; her children, David Kline, Cooper, Texas, Laura Knotts, Capon Bridge, Raymond Chilcote, Jr., Wells Tannery, Pa., Chad Chilcote and Bradford Chilcote, both of Ben Salem, Pa., Elizabeth Rossi, Greencastle, Pa., Shawn Chilcote, Gramby, Colo., James Kilgore III, Hagerstown and Victoria Pratt, Berkeley Springs; two sisters, Teresa Hull, Great Cacapon and Beverly Corsi of Florida; one brother; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Kelly Chilcote.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. today, Wednesday, July 15 at Berkeley Baptist Church, 172 Winchester Grade Road, Berkeley Springs, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Pastor Joey Giles will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown.
Memorial contributions can be made in her name to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
