Tyler Ross McCumbee, age 26, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Saturday, August 29, 2020 due to injuries of an automobile accident.
Born September 4, 1993 in Frederick, Md., he was the son of Rusty Lane and Patsy Ann Miller McCumbee of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
He attended First United Methodist Church.
Tyler was a 2012 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
He worked as a control room operator with U.S. Silica in Berkeley Springs.
In addition to his parents, Tyler was survived by his companion, Lydia Butts of Berkeley Springs; his siblings, Stacy Lane Clatterbuck and her husband Ronald Ross, Rusty Andrew McCumbee and his wife Josi Ann, Eric Kevin McCumbee and his wife Melissa Ann Marie, all of Berkeley Springs; his nieces and nephews, Chaston Clatterbuck, Caybrie Clatterbuck, Brandon Kidwell, Nick Kidwell, Kevin McCumbee and Shawn McCumbee, all of Berkeley Springs; his great-nieces, Jade Kidwell, Alanah Kidwell and Amiyah Kidwell, all of Berkeley Springs and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. with Pastor Kenny Mason officiating. Burial will be private.
Friends may call from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
