Theft report leads police to charge three Southern Fulton residents in drug scheme

Three Fulton County residents were charged in connection with a drug case tied to a residence
on Pigeon Cove Road in Warfordsburg earlier this month.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, on May 6, Troopers from the McConnellsburg barracks
received noticed of a retail theft that occurred at Harr’s Grocery Store in Big Cove Tannery.

Witnesses told police a green Dodge Ram 1500 was involved in the theft, which police later located at a residence in the 270 block of Pigeon Cove Road in Warfordsburg.

Multiple search warrants were obtained for the residence, police said in a release.

Police found paraphernalia, marijuana, and methamphetamines at the residence. They also seiz
ed an abundance of stamp bags, scales, and approximately $22,000 in assorted U.S. Currency.

Charges of possession with intent to deliver and related drug charges were filed against William Stouffer, 30, of Warfordsburg, Crystal Rhodes, 34, of Warfordsburg, and Brent Younker, 26, of Needmore.

According to online court documents, Stouffer and Rhodes were both charged with manufacturing, deliver, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; marijuana – small amount personal use; and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Younker was charged with marijuana- small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three are awaiting their preliminary hearing.
