Terry David O’Neal, age 46, of Lawton, Okla., formerly from Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Comanche County Memorial Hospital, Lawton, Okla., with his wife by his side.

Born October 27, 1974 at Mullens, W.Va., he was the son of the late Grant and Margaret Haynes O’Neal.
