Teresa A. Thomas, 67, of Mercersburg, Pa., died July 15, 2021 in the Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg, Pa.
Born June 4, 1954 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Ira R. and Virginia M. (Mills) Shoemaker.
Teresa was a graduate of Hancock High School, Hancock, Md.
She was a homemaker following her marriage to Terry L. Thomas in 1973. Terry died June 29, 2020.
Teresa enjoyed camping at Saunderosa, cooking, crossword puzzle books and yard sales.
Surviving are four siblings, Rodney I. Shoemaker, of Warfordsburg, Pa., Sandra K. Royer, of Maugansville, Md., Karen D. Hinckle, of Berkeley Springs, Tammie M. Riley, of Mercersburg; two special friends, Flo Runyon and Billy Frederick; two brothers-in-laws, John Thomas and Robert Thomas and several nephews.
A get together of family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021, beginning at 5 p.m. at Nut Hill Pavilion of Saunderosa Park, 5909 Little Cove Road, Mercersburg.
