It is with great sadness that the family of Sidney Jane Biggs Shingleton announces her passing on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the age of 71 years.
Sidney was born in Charleston, W.Va. on September 28, 1948 to the late Waitman Barbe Biggs and Evelyn Easol Pullen Biggs.
She graduated from Nitro High School and Marshall University where she was a member of Phi Mu Sorority.
