Robert Lee Flowers, age 81, of Hancock, Md., passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021 at the Meritus Medical Center, in Hagerstown, Md.
Born November 25, 1939, in Hancock, he was the son of the late Elmer W. and Edith (Divel) Flowers; and husband of the late Susan Eileen (Appel) Flowers, who died July 14, 2011.
