Ralph Andrew Webb
November 1, 1942 – January 20, 2021
Ralph Webb, 78, passed away January 20, 2021 at an in-home care facility in Tucson, Arizona. He was also under the care of Bristol Hospice of Tucson, Arizona.
Ralph was born November 1, 1942 to Arthur and Maggie Webb in Montgomery County, Md. Ralph graduated high school in 1960 and went on to marry Frances E. Hall on January 7, 1961 whom he lost to breast cancer in August 2002. He later married Sandra Boyce in 2005 and moved to Tucson, Arizona.
He was a member of Picture Rocks Kingdom Hall for Jehovah’s Witness.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Boyce Webb, his father Arthur P. Webb, his mother Maggie L. Webb and a brother David Louie Webb.
He is survived by his son Jack A. Webb and his wife Sue of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; a daughter Nannette L. Keefer, also from Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Charles L. Whittington, Jr. from Charleston, W.Va., and Chasity L. Whittington of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; a number of brothers and sisters, A. Paul Webb from Frostproof, Fla., Ella Lee Kiley, Germantown, Md., William A. Webb, Taneytown, Md., Bonnie L. Shultz, Union Bridge, Md., Deborah A. Kurz, Jimmy A. Webb, Jane A.Wolfe, all of Thurmont, Md., and Ruby L. Blickenstaff of Fairfield, Pa.; two stepsons, Richard T. Lewis and Stephen P. Lewis Jr. of Virginia and several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A private memorial will take place at a later date.
