Penny Sue Morgan, age 56, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Doey’s House, in Hagerstown.
Born September 15, 1962, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Dolly A. (Weller) McCarty, of Hagerstown, and the late Paul E. McCarty.
She was a graduate of Hancock High School with the class of 1980.
She was a member of the Orchard Ridge First Church of God, in Hancock, Md.
