Paw Paw’s Dominic Tanouye finishes in sixth place at Frankfort Invitational Berkeley Springs finishes in sixth place

Paw Paw High School sophomore Dominic Tanouye continued his impressive fall cross country season with a solid sixth place finish at the Frankfort Invitational.
Tanouye finished the challenging 3.1 mile course in 19:12 to be the top male finisher between Morgan County schools Berkeley Springs High School and Paw Paw High School.
Paw Paw also got a 42nd finish from Coby Ridgeway (23:51) and Dylan Moreland (44th, 24:09).
Berkeley Springs finished in sixth place in the team standings.
The Tribe was led by freshman Jacob Rough who finished in 23rd place with a time of 21:55. Senior Jeremiah Torres was 24th place with a time of 21:57, junior Cole Morris was 30th with a time of 22:39, senior Dylan Wise was 32nd with a time of 22:47, sophomore Landen Riggleman was 33rd with a time of 22:50. Freshman Daniel Emmons was 36th for the Tribe with a time of 22:59.
Frankfort took the team championship with 37 points while Allegany, Md. was second with 59 points.
Next up for Berkeley Springs and Paw Paw is the Berkeley Springs Invitational this coming Saturday, September 22 at 9 a.m. at the Cacapon State Park cross country course.
