Nelda Lee Howell, 89, of Hedgesville, died Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg.

Born May 29, 1930 in Madison, she was the daughter of the late Delmer and Minnie Cleo Woods Hager.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

She was a graduate of Scott High School in Madison.

She was a homemaker all of her life.
