1956-2018
Michael Eugene Spring, 62, of Berkeley Springs, died Friday, August 3, 2018 at his home.
Born April 6, 1956 in Morgan County, he was the son of the late Gladstone Eugene Spring and Barbara Jean Twigg Hovermale.
He attended schools in Morgan County.
He was a truck driver for Blue Flame, Inc., Miller Logging and John Boy Trucking, all of Berkeley Springs and Prowler Travel Trailers, Hancock.
He liked water NASCAR and hunting.
He is survived by his children, Nichole McCarty and Matthew Spring, both of Berkeley Springs; one sister, Robin Gaither, Berkeley Springs; one brother, John Hovermale, Berkeley Springs; two grandchildren, Michael McCarty, Hedgesville and Kelsey McCarty, Berkeley Springs; two great-granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.
Services and interment will be private.
Arrangements are being handled by Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs.
