Logan David Preston Kiser, age 20, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at INOVA Health System in Falls Church, Va.
Born December 1, 1999 in Martinsburg, W.Va., he was the son of Bowen Preston “Pete” Kiser of Cherry Run, W.Va. and Lisa Kay Cox of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
He was a Christian. He was a 2018 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
Logan worked in the maintenance department of Cacapon State Park.
He enjoyed football, hunting, fishing, farming and had plans to join the U.S. Army.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Sharon and Roger Davis and Eugene and Lorraine Cox, all of Berkeley Springs and Connie and Kenny Johns of Cherry Run; his sister, McKenzie Elizabeth VanGosen of Berkeley Springs; his brother, David Johnson of Little Orleans, Md.; cousins, Cody, Casey and Creede Cox, David and Jacob Grapes and Liam Parks, all of Berkeley Springs; aunts and uncles, Connie and Rich Cox, Christy and Frank Parks, all of Berkeley Springs, Dave and Kenny Johns, both of Cherry Run.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. with Pastor Joshua Rider officiating. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers contributions to help defray funeral expenses may be made to the funeral home.
