1937-2018
Juanita Hart, age 80, of Hancock, Md., passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018, at Doey’s House, in Hagerstown, Md.
Born May 10, 1937, in Hancock, she was the daughter of the late Wason William and Vada Belle (Barnhart) Cubbage; and the wife of Gary W. Hart, whom she married June 12, 1975.
She was a graduate of Hancock High School with the class of 1955.
She was a member of the Hancock United Methodist Church.
Juanita retired after twenty-nine years of working as an assembler with Fleetwood Enterprises Travel Trailers, in Hancock.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sisters, Shirley Divel and Dorothy Mosier, both of Hancock; a brother, Samuel Cubbage, of Artemas, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wason “Jack” Cubbage.
The family received friends at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, on Monday, April 23, 2018, from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m.
Funeral services were held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Terry Martin-Minnich officiating. Burial followed in the Parkhead Cemetery, in Big Pool, Md.
