Hugh Raymond Bohrer, Sr., age 83, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. died on Monday, July 27, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born March 6, 1937 in Morgan County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Raymond Howe and Gertrude Susan Bohrer Bohrer.
He was a member of Highland United Methodist Church.
He attended schools in Morgan County.
Hugh worked for General Motors in Assembly.
He was a 50 year member of the Deford Masonic Lodge #88 A.F. & A. M.
Hugh is survived by one son, Hugh Raymond Bohrer, Jr. and wife Cheryl of Martinsburg, W.Va; three sisters, Helen Beahn and Harriett Michael, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. and Henrietta Aulabaugh of Pa.; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Lula Kate Williams Bohrer on August 29, 2014 and one brother, Herbert Bohrer.
Services and burial will be private. Arrangements by Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, 36 S. Green Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
