Freda Virginia Kerns, 90, of Paw Paw, died Monday, February 3, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Va. S
he was born January 9, 1930 at Paw Paw, she was the daughter of the late Dayton A. See and Esther Miller See.
She was a 1947 graduate of Paw Paw High School.
She had worked at Consolidated Orchards and was a receptionist for physicians in Paw Paw. S
he was a member of the Paw Paw Church of Christ and the Paw Paw Red Hat Society.
She liked Elvis Presley and collecting dolls. She is survived by her husband Eldridge Kerns who she married on June 27, 1948 and one sister, Clara Brelsford, Newark, Del.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda “Peachie” Kerns Hunter and one sister, Eula Myers.
A funeral service was held Friday, February 7 at the Paw Paw Church of Christ. Interment was in Camp Hill Cemetery, Paw Paw.
