Floyd Nelson Hendershot, age 87, of Cumberland, Md., passed into his heavenly journey on January 29, 2020, at the Martinsburg, W.Va. Veterans Medical Center Long-Term Care facility, with his son at his side.
Floyd was born April 9, 1932. He was the son of the late Melvin Lee and Ada Pearl (McCusker) Hendershot, of Buck Valley, Pa.
