Elva M. Graham, 90, of Martinsburg, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2020 at the Berkeley Springs Center.
Born February 2, 1930 in Mineral County, W.Va, she was the daughter of the late Roy Shumaker and Grace Rogers Shumaker.
Elva was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Berkeley Springs.
She graduated from Berkeley Springs High School in 1948.
