Donna L. Seiler
1961-2020
Donna Lynn Seiler, age 58, of Hagerstown, Md., died on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 in Hagerstown.
Born November 15, 1961 in Baltimore, Md., she was the daughter of Vivian Cornett Seiler of Great Cacapon, W.Va., and the late Nelson George Seiler.
She was a member of Lansdowne Church of God in Baltimore, Md.
Donna was a graduate of Andover High School in Linthicum, Md., and earned her Associates Degree in human services.
She worked as a project manager/field inspector with RK&K Engineering in Keyser, W.Va.
Donna was active with grief support groups where she volunteered with meetings and was active with Be Kind.
She enjoyed crafting, scuba diving, being with her family, especially during the annual holiday cookie exchange and participated in muddy momma’s competitions.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Amanda Nicole “Mandi” Michael and her husband Jay, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; one sister, Lorraine E. Young of Baltimore; one brother, Nelson G. Seiler of Great Cacapon; four grandchildren, Madison Paige Kesner, Grace Elizabeth Sullivan, Jayden Scott Michael, Maci Lynlee Michael all of Berkeley Springs; several nieces and nephews, and her four fur babies, Ollie, Stormy, Biddle and Luna.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Nelson Sullivan.
Funeral services were conducted at noon on Monday, August 24, 2020 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va., with Pastor Ricky Love officiating. Private burial was in Bethel Cemetery.
The family received friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at the funeral home.
