Della Lee Buscher, age 77, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2020 at her home.
Born April 10, 1942, in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late Arthur Elton and Elizabeth Estella (Fish) Weisenberger; and the widow of John Wesley Buscher, whom she married October 25, 1963 and who died June 27, 2018.
