David Wayne Fowler Sr., 66, of Maugansville, MD, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018, at Doey’s House in Hagerstown, Md.
Born November 29, 1951, in Berkeley Springs, WV, he was the son of the late Harry Lee Fowler and Viola Virginia (Mesner) Fowler.
David was a member of Harvest Baptist Church in Hagerstown.
He was previously employed with Craig Paving and was self employed in lawn care and snow removal.
