Daniel Marshall Justice, 80, of Berkeley Springs, died Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born April 8, 1940 in Ellicott City, Md., he was the son of the late Daniel S. and Mary Ann Riddle Justice.
He is survived by two sons, Tony Justice and Marty Justice, both of Westminster, Md.; one sister, Mary Bean, Ellicott City and one brother, Jerry Justice, Greenbackville, Va.
Services and burial will be private.
